We currently ship across India. Orders are dispatched after your payment is confirmed.
Orders are generally delivered within 4–5 working days of payment confirmation across India. Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, holidays, or due to courier delays and circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email. You can use this link to track the status of your shipment.
If you choose to return an order, the return shipping or delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Original delivery is provided free of charge.
VALMIKI offers free shipping on purchases. If your product arrives damaged, it can be exchanged after verification.
For a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share your order details along with the required photos or videos. Once the issue is verified, we will assist you with the exchange process.
If you choose to return a product, the return delivery charges are borne by the customer, even though the original delivery is provided free of charge.
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective on arrival.
